Ingredients:

Hibiscus – Rich in vitamin C & antioxidants, supports immune health, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood pressure.

Rose Hips – One of the highest natural sources of vitamin C, boosts immune function, & has anti-inflammatory properties.

Lemongrass – Aids digestion, has mild antibacterial properties, & provides a bright citrusy flavor that helps with hydration.

Lemon Peel – High in vitamin C, supports detoxification, and adds a zesty citrus kick.

Spearmint – Cooling and refreshing, helps with digestion, reduces bloating, and supports hormonal balance.

Orange Peel – Provides a sweet citrus note, adds extra vitamin C, and supports digestion.

Steeping Recommendation: 212° for 5-10 minutes
