WHITE TEA: Made from young tea plant buds, white tea is the least processed, resulting in a sweet flavor and antioxidants.
HERBAL TEA: These caffeine-free blends serve various wellness purposes and are technically herbal infusions, not teas from the tea plant.
DECAFFEINATED TEA PROCESS: Our decaffeinated teas retain a trace of caffeine, as the decaffeination process may reduce some antioxidants and benefits. For strictly caffeine-free options, we recommend...switch to an herbal tea.
What is the ratio of loose leaf tea to my water?
We recommend 1-1.5 teaspoons for every 8 ounces of water.
How long should I steep my loose leaf tea?
Steep time depends on the type of tea you are using. Check out the product pages for specific steep times to each blend. Also, every loose leaf blend you receive have steeping instructions for that specific blend.The general guidelines are as follows:
Black Tea: 212° for 3-5 minutes., unless otherwise stated on specific tea blend
Green Tea: 180° for 2-3 minutes, unless otherwise stated on specific tea blend
White Tea: 180° for 2-3 minutes, unless otherwise stated on specific tea blend
Herbal & Rooibos: 208° for 5 minutes, unless otherwise stated on specific tea blend
Oolong Tea: 195° for 2-3 minutes, unless otherwise stated on specific tea blend
How should I store my loose leaf tea to maintain it's freshness?
Cool, dry, dark place is best for maintaining freshness. We also recommend glass storage or tin storage as they close tightly.
How long does your loose leaf tea last?
The shelf life of our loose leaf tea ranges from 1 year to 2 years. Each blend you receive is accompanied by a "Sip by" date, tailored to the specific batch you have received.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we exclusively ship to the 50 states within the USA. However, this policy may evolve in the future.
